Delivery charges

Standard Shipping (AUS)
For orders under $250 we have a flat $15 delivery charge.
We do not currently ship to NT or WA. If you require shipping to these states, please get in touch.

Shipping Outside Australia
We do not offer shipping outside of Australia. If you would like to organise a delivery, please get in touch.

Express Shipping Within Australia
If you require an urgent delivery please contact us to ask.
Urgent deliveries are at our discretion and based on resources/stock availability.

Missed Deliveries
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect address information being supplied by the customer.  Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed timeframe, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.  
Mixed Cases / Replacements
We are unable to guarantee credit or replacements unless we are notified within 7 days of delivery of the order. Please be aware that multi-case orders can become separated. If you do not receive the balance of your order within 3 working days of the first delivery please contact us.
