Berri is a small village in the westernmost part of La Morra, close to the Tanaro river. It was here in 2007 that Nicola, his father Federico, and their friend Vladimiro bought 5 hectares of Nebbiolo. Thus, Trediberri ("three of Berri") was born. They are a very young, artisanal family winery with no real winemaking history in the region, but that seems to sit just fine with them, as they hope to do all talking through their wine.

From 2011 they vinify roughly 8 hectares of vineyards: 5 hectares around Berri, 2 hectares in the Rocche dell'Annunziata and Torriglione (producing Barolo, Barbera and Sauvignon Blanc) and in addition they rent 1 hectare of Nebbiolo in Barolo, in Capalot and La Morra.

Tasting Note:
Their Barolo “classico” has been a blend of different vineyards until 2019 and it has always tried to represent the typical characters of La Morra, in particular its drinkability and its finesse. This wine has never been extremely alcoholic or full-bodied, rather more characterized by a “weightless” power and freshness. Henceforth it doesn’t need a long time in the bottle to be joyfully consumed.

This is a Dry, Medium+ bodied wine with High acidity and High tannin. It is Medium+ in it's intensity with High alcohol and a Medium+ finish.
