They are committed to cultivating the land, wine and great relationships through their core values to care, craft and conserve through stewardship of their lands and vineyards.

Tasting Note:
This Cabernet has distinct flavours of blackberry, blueberry, plus both red and black currants with enticing fragrances of mocha and nutmeg. Subtle notes of chocolate and toasty vanilla add to the richness and length of this bold Cab, and are accompanied by fine grained tannins on a lengthy finish.

This is a Dry, Full bodied wine with High acidity and High, plush tannin. It is Pronounced in it's intensity with High alcohol and a Medium+ finish.
