The grapes for Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon are primarily sourced from California’s North Coast AVA, which includes Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino counties. These growing regions are uniquely influenced by cool coastal air and fog from the Pacific Ocean, resulting in temperate mesoclimates ideal for the cultivation of seductive Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Note:
The wine shows a glossy dark ruby in colour, with aromas of black currants, anise, tobacco, and dark chocolate. On the palate the wine presents flavours of blackberries, cherries, cocoa and toasty oak, which are complemented by soft tannins that lead to a silky finish.

This is a Dry, Medium+ bodied wine with High acidity and Medium+ tannin. It is Medium+ in it's intensity with Medium alcohol and a Medium finish.
