Founded in 1953, Cantina della Vernaccia was born out of necessity allowing local producers to blend their grapes. Its likely you'll find a mix of Vermentino, Vernaccia, Cannonau and Neiddera in the vineyards, alongside others.
The region of Valle del Tirso has been suitable for viticulture since ancient times with ancient megalithic structures scattered throughout the region, dipicting a long illustrious history. The soils here are comprised of blends of sedimentary rocks, limestone and sandstone, formed about 35 million years ago, and enriched with saline and mineral components. This soil together with the Mediterranean climate, offers a unique place to produce brilliant wines suitable for markets all over the world.

Native red grape variety from the Tirso Valley that derives its name from the high colouring capacity characterising the wines of the same name. Its a wonderful and versatile grape variety that adapts well to both on and off skins.

Made from 100% Nieddera this rosé will charm you with its aromatic freshness whilst remaining fruity and vibrant. The Seu has a bright pink colour with bright red fruit notes of cranberry, raspberry and strawberry and delicate violet and mulberry aroma. This whole thing is backed up with lively clean and fresh acidity perfect on a warm sunny day in the backyard.
