The start of the vintage was characterized by a mild winter and little rain, although the mornings were quite misty. The rain arrived in July and lasted until harvest, which strongly influenced the quality of the crop and harvest. Excellent quality Aszú berries with good structure and perfect botrytis were macerated in fermenting must for two days.
After pressing and finishing fermentation, the wines were filled into 300 and 500 litre Hungarian oak casks in our extensive, deep, underground cellars to mature for over two
years. The final blends were carefully crafted early summer in 2017 and then bottled in September.

Tasting Note:
Intense nose with lots of botrytis. Great structure with flavours of citrus, peach and figs, a fine balance of sweetness and acidity and a long finish.

This is a Sweet, Full bodied wine with High acidity and No tannin. It is Pronounced in it's intensity with Low alcohol and a Long finish.
